ACCREDITED PROVIDER

Retrofit Alarmacar is also accredited by the Vehicle Accreditation Agency (VCA).

VCA is the designated UK Approval Authority and Technical Service for type approval to all automotive European Community (EC) Directives and the equivalent United Nations Economic Community for Europe (ECE) Regulations.Vehicle Type Approval is the confirmation that production samples of a design will meet specified performance standards.

TASSA CAR THEFT SOLUTIONS ARE REGISTERED AND VERIFIED BY TASSA ACCREDITATION

For Insurance Approval, the TASSA accredited Ghost II must be installed by a TASSA Registered Installer.

The Ghost2 immobiliser is now TASSA (Tracker and Aftermarket security systems association) registered and any company that fits the GHOST IMMOBILISER must be TASSA registered.

TASSA is a Governing body who test vehicle security products and TASSA installation companies have to pass a process of checks (including CRB checks and identity checks) on engineers who install.

All Car Theft Solutions UK Engineers have passed these checks. All new Ghost immobilisers installed after the 1st of March will automatically be TASSA Registered.

Being TASSA Registered demonstrates a commitment to making a difference that we can show third parties and by following criteria for system installations that gives confidence to the customer, insurers and law enforcement that systems installed are done so safely and correctly, in line with the product manufacturers installation instructions by a competent person.
